Shipping & Returns


Shipping:
As standard we aim to process your order within 2-3 days and deliver all orders to the countries below within 5-21 days. Shipping time largely depends on the partner/supplier of the product you're purchasing. Specific shipping information can be displayed on the product page you're buying from.

We will deliver your item(s) to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will regularly update you via email as to the progress/status of your order.

- Middle East (Only Israel & UAE)
- Asia (Only Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, & Hong Kong)

If you're country/region is not listed and you would like to make a purchase please email support@fitenhance.com and we'll get it added (if possible)

There are certain countries that our partners do not ship to and will be discovered when attempting to purchase the product.

Note: We charge a shipping fee on some of our products and can be found on the product page or when checking out.


Returns & Refunds: In order to return an item please email support@fitenhance.com or fill out the form on our contact us page and we'll guide you on what to do.

Replacements:

If you experience any of the problems below in we can usually offer you a replacement of the original item.

- Item lost in transit.
- Damaged or broken item.
- Arrived item different from the one you ordered.

In any of the above cases we'll ask you to either keep the void item or kindly dispose of it and wait patiently for the replacement.

We will also require you to send us a picture of the item to prove it meets the above criteria. Otherwise, we will not ship a replacement.

Refunds:

As standard we offer a 30-day money back guarantee however can be longer depending on our partners preferences for the product. If you're dissatisfied with the product, we're usually happy to offer you a full refund. We'll ask you to explain in depth why you're asking for the refund and will be subject to a decision. Under no circumstance will we refund your item is no reasonable explanation is provided.
